I'm a big fan of the Catan board game and was stoked to see it on Xbox Live.

The single player experience is pretty good...the AI plays moderately well most of the time though they often become predictable and annoying.

Online is where this game shines (provided you can find a good group...usually best encountered in Ranked games). The gameplay is smooth and the controls intuitive. It provides a great electronic transition of a great board game.
